Pan Seared Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Lobster-palooza!!!!!

This recipe takes only minutes to make but your guests will be talking about it for #days

 

Ingredients:

  1. 2 lobster tails

  2. 2 cloves garlic

  3. 1/2 cup butter

  4. 1/2 tsp paprika

  5. salt and pepper, to taste

  6. 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

  7. dash salt, pepper and red pepper flakes


Directions:

Step 1

Place butter in a medium pan (preferably stainless steel or cast iron)


Step 2

Peel the garlic cloves and chop fine. Place garlic all around pan. As this will be the base for which your lobster tails will sit.


Step 3

Slice the back of the lobster tail and meat, cut in half, open it and season with salt, pepper and a dash of red pepper flakes. Lay flat in the pan meat side down. Do the same for the other lobster tail.


Step 4

Turn stove on low - med heat. Allow garlic to become fragrant and Lobster shells to become pink in color and meat to become white (this should take about 5 - 10 minutes.


Step 5

To serve flip lobster tails over in pan ans top with any remaining garlic butter. Garnish with chopped parsley


Easily can double or triple recipe for a large crowd.
